Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo, 25, is easily one of the top played footballers in the World, worth well over $100 million and receiving a record deal for his move to Real Madrid. Speculation says that Cristiano Ronaldo has a car collection worth around 2 million Euros. His astonishing collection has been comprised of an Aston Martin DB9, BMW M6, Porche Cayenne Turbo, Phantom Rolls Royce, Bentley Continental GT Speed, Ferrari 599GTB, and a Bugatti Veyron.
Yet, the Ferrari is no more. In January of 2009 on his way to training session in Manchester, Ronaldo annihilated the car in a tunnel. Despite the mangled vehicle, Ronaldo walked away unharmed. Ronaldo’s replacement car? The Bentley Continental GT DS Speed, a modest replacement. To make light of this situation, Ronaldo’s then team mates, Anderson and Rooney, bought him a replacement Ferrari, only this Ferrari was one that some fortunate kids under 10 might also have, one with pedals. This isn’t the only time Ronaldo has damaged a car though, in Lisbon, he once kicked in a car’s window outside of his apartment when he suspected a young girl in the car of being paparazzi and harassing him and his mother.
When Cristiano Ronaldo made the move from Manchester to Real Madrid he decided to sell some of his cars among other things. Ronaldo let go of his Bentley Continental GT Speed, a Porsche 911 Carrera 2 Tiptronic S, and a Mercedes C220CDI. Why? Because those cars had right hand drive. But no worries, he is sure to replace his old cars.
